Our ceremony will take place outdoors on grass (weather dependent). We recommend wearing appropriate footwear for natural ground. Our reception will be indoors.

Yes, we have shuttles secured which will provide service to the Holiday Inn in Coxsackie.

There is a hotel onsite and we have secured an additional hotel block nearby. It is recommended that you book rooms early as the blocks will fill quickly. See our accommodations page for the hotels we have secured. 

Please note, we will be providing a shuttle to and from the Holiday Inn in Coxsackie. Cabs and ubers are very limited in this area.

While we love all the children in our lives, we will be having an adults-only wedding ceremony and reception.

Everyone is welcome to attend our welcome event and brunch - including children / anyone else who may be in town.
